"Used them for years with no problems but lately I feel like they've gone downhill. The customer service is always great but they sold me a faulty battery which went bad literally a month after the warranty expired. Which I guess isn't entirely their fault but they said they couldn't do anything since the warranty expired, aside from selling me a new battery. And they left the gasket off my oil pan drain plug after a routine oil change, so I was leaking oil everywhere until my husband got time to fix it. Seems like a rookie mistake for a place that's been reliable for years."
"Richard was very accommodating. I had a flat tire about 2 miles from the business. He offered to come help but did not have any one available to leave the shop. I was able to get my spare on by a nice man that my uncle had called to help me out. Got to Admirals and Richard had Chase take my vehicle right in for tire repair. Thank you so much!"
