"Management should be ashamed of themselves. You contine to work your employees to death.. You promote the Sunday brunch, pay for wax to DJ but NEVER have enough staff!! The bartender should be the bartender. But because you never schedule enough people she becomes the hostess, server and food runner. The customers at the bar get abandoned.. Don't have enough staff? Then management shoukd be busting their as ses to help.. It's shameful.."
"Went on a week night. Only two other tables in the restaurant located inside Ocean Downs. Nice view overlooking the racetrack. I have been in there when it’s packed so be prepared. This night was great with no wait. Good service with our waitress checking on us frequently. The award winning MD crab soup is quite spicy and only gets hotter the further down the bowl you get. I was only able to eat half of it before I couldn’t enjoy it anymore. The waitress offered to remove it from the bill but I told her since I ate more than a few bites it was my responsibility to pay for it. If u like spice this will be perfect for u! Huge Caesar salad portion. The crab dip was good loaded with cheese. My boyfriend enjoyed his bacon cheeseburger and we still had lots to take home. Pretty reasonable too. Always a good spot when going to play casino games and you get hungry! Full bar available too."
"Staff was super friendly and welcoming. The menu was much smaller then what I expected but I assume its due to staffing. Was not busy at all when I arrived. The food was really tasty. The amusing part is some guys walked in from the casino yelling and the bartender told them this is a restaurant and not to be so loud. I was impressed with that."
"Been here twice on Sunday for their prime rib special. Food was pretty good but their service sucked both times and they were not even busy (now I know why). Waited 20 minutes after I ordered my glass of wine to get it. Waitress never bothered to check on my table. Other people were complaining of the same thing so this is obviously a normal practice for them. Wont be going back."
"Located inside Ocean Downs Casino. Tastefully decorated with nice beachy things. Food and selections were good, servers could be better trained."
