"This is my Favorite McDonalds in the area. Today I used MoblePay which redirected to another location, even though my location was on, and I was in the drive through. Manager on Duty was Not helpful, suggested I drive 30+ mins away. Refused to give me her name (to back up her advice,) in case I needed to take further action to make sure I wasn’t charged. Only after I persevered for clarity did she tell me the charges drop after 45 minutes. Please train for these situations; when your internet is down it’s Not the customer’s problem. This should have been handled better. If you use MobilePay be careful."
"This store is so nice to visit. Christmas decorations were everywhere, self serve free coffee 2nd cup set up, and a nice lady cleaning tables full time. We always stop in here on our visits to the beach."
"Check your bags before leaving as they seem to leave out an item from my order 7/10 times. My experience has been in the drive-thru. Also, it is hit and miss with getting fresh, non-floppy fries."
"Great other than the wait time. Obviously the drive thru is more important. Had to wait for a cashier and extended wait time for our food which I had to go get. No trays available."
"This place is horrific... four workers behind the counter doing nothing and the trash was overflowing. A lady told three of the employees that the women's restroom floor was flooded and none of them even reacted. The entire place was a nasty mess and in serious need of management review and/or change!!!"
