"Just got home, have 20 ketchup packets at the top of my bag all stuck together covered in something sticky very obvious and whoever put them in the bag would have known for sure. Also missing 2 muffins and a donut. Person at the window was side tracked talking to another team member. I had to be somewhere so couldn’t go back to get the missing items and wanted to let them know they need to step it up on the service side of things. Attention to detail when people are paying and quality or service needs to be improved significantly. You guys can do better."
