"After living in multiple different cities and states I can say this is my favorite Starbucks location. The staff is attentive, kind, and helpful. I’ve never had a bad drink or bad experience. Many people (myself included) come here to get work done and the atmosphere is perfect for it. 10/10 would recommend!"
"They are consistently good, I am a frequent customer. My only complaint is that when I order light ice in my drink it seems like I get extra ice. They put it in the computer right, as you can see on the sticker but whoever makes it seems to ignore that. It’s happened often enough that I am here posting about it."
"Went through drive-through and ordered 2 regular coffee. Asked fur sugar packs and was told that they did not have sugar packs to give. They didn't do that. They would put the sugar in the coffee. Huh? No sugar packs at a coffee shop!? Asked again and was told, "we don't do that here." Coffee was too strong. Parked went inside, asked for sugar packs, and the workers inside gave them to us. The drive-through worker wouldn't look up, and when her coworker asked her about it, told her coworker we asked for her to put it in for us. COMPLETE LIE! Ridiculous! Micro- aggressions"
