"I just left Burlington in Exton, and I'm incredibly frustrated with the arbitrary rules set by the coworkers. I found a pair of tights priced at $2.79 but thought they might be too big, so I searched for a smaller size. Surprisingly, the same tights in small were marked at $5.99. When I brought this to the register's attention, they refused to honor the lower price. It's perplexing because they're identical in color and should have the same cost. This inconsistency in pricing left me disappointed with the lack of customer service. Will never shop here again and I will be going to corporate about this."

"Burlington's unwritten return policy is all purchases have to be returned from the same store they were purchased at stood in line for 15 min at the Wilmington de store just for the cashier to look at the receipt and say that I have to return my items at the exton location. I contacted corporate to advise them that that should be in the policy or told to customers when making the purchase. Corporate stated that's what management discretion means in the policy. Management never got involved in my return so I'm not sure how management discretion factors in also extremely misleading information."

"The manager of this location is beyond rude and beyond lazy. She stood there did nothing while she has one cashier working and a 20 customer line. We ended up leaving without buying anything after standing in line for 15 minutes. Don't go there until they hire a competent manager"

"Very nice store with tons of collections. Looking fresh and lot of different varieties covering the whole family. If you don’t know burlington coat factory then you should visit this store and you will be amazed to see a branded cloths at very economical price. I visited the store on March and it was fairly new. Staffs were attentive but could be more friendly though. Would recommend this store."
