"I had the pleasure of checking out at cashier #5 today with the kindest, sweetest lady named Rosylind. She was so warm and welcoming, made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. When I received my total, I was $2 short. Rosylind was kind enough to go into her own wallet and spot me $2 because I did not have the money. It's random acts of kindness like that from strangers that can really make someone's day. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience shopping at Tj Maxx in Exton. "We had a great experience here. My daughters wanted jewelry in the case and no one was working the counter at the time, but the fitting room attendant quickly got the store manager to come over and help them get the jewelry they wanted. All around great customer service."
"Giving it 2 stars, I like the store and l like the employees. I don't like the management making every employee try and have me sign up for a Credit card with preditor rates. It annoys me to no end! If this practice continues I take my business to another store. TJMax we just want to shop!"
"Good selection of products and items. Moderately sized store. If you are new to Tj max , this is the store which closely has branded items in a cheaper price. Quality is good for the price. This store is very clean and shopping experience was good for me. Except (1 star reduced as well), pos person (African American) did not greeted me back , even I tried to be nice on couple of times to greet her. She did not even looked at customer???. I believe that may not be regular for her. Ample car parking space , easily accessible from Pottstown pike (Rt 100) or swedesford road."
