"The Hispanic lady in BLG 6 with lip piercing checking in trucks has the worse attitude! She doesn’t thoroughly look at the paper for appointment numbers….asks for the number and when you tell her it’s on the sign in sheet and as well as the BOL she then argues with you and calls you out of your name until you deliberately have to show her where it is on both papers and continues to be disrespectful and treats drivers like trash! I personally wouldn’t have anyone like this working for me that’s for sure!! And to top it off she made me wait literally 2 hours after my appointment before giving me a door. My appointment was 7am, I checked in 6:41am and she let all the other trucks in a door ahead of me for 2 hours until she gave me a door! I took a picture of the sign in sheet and there was 6 other trucks with appointments AFTER mine all because she was too damn lazy and had an attitude with everyone and when I gave her attitude back then showed her the appointment number on both papers she then proceeded to intentionally make me late and then run behind for my reload. With the nastiness that she gives is unacceptable and very unprofessional and people with that type of attitude should not be employed places like this! I’ve been coming to places like this for 24 yrs and this individual is by far the absolute WORSE location and individual to experience! I don’t know how this business would allow or even tolerate an individual with such attitude work for them and treat people with such disrespect and foul language! I’ll never return to this place ever again for any reason that’s for sure!!!"

"My experience was great! Appointment for pickup was 4pm and I arrived at 0945am! I had to wait for some of my product to arrive and was put in a door around 3pm! Only took about 20min to load! Staff is friendly, plenty of parking (when everyone doesn't show up at the same time) and overnight parking available! This is my first time here and I hope to come back soon! Just an FYI, directions to the facility is I-295 to US 40E to Newfield, NJ....stay on US 40E to 'Main Rd' T/L and go about a mile to Rosario Leo St and T/L into facility! DO NOT take Dutch Mill Rd or Lake Rd to facility or u will be ticketed! GPS will tell u to go both ways so stay on US40E and after u pass Lake Rd, u will come to a traffic light where u will T/L on 'Main Rd'....."
