"I booked a load with ANSHUL THAKUR from this company, load#8101825. My driver is waiting at the receiver for 29hours for a dock door and they are using my trailer as a storage. This guy lied to me about 5 times since we arrived at the receiver. Every time I ask for update about when they are going to take my driver he just makes another excuse. They don't want to find a different cold storage that can unload my driver and they don't want to pay me layovers in advance so I can satisfy the driver with something. Worst experience I had with any company in the last 5 years"

"Horrifyingly disgusting business you're running here. We were taken off a load in place of another carrier, after being told the load was ours, simply because they called in after we had booked and provided a lower rate. This isn't intuition, we were told this, word for word, by the broker we booked it with. Unacceptable and simply disgusting. Do better. Edit: Reading through the most recent reviews, I see now that this is your new company direction, booking multiple carriers on a load to string them along while you look for cheaper options. Glad to know that this wasn't an isolated incident and that, in fact, is just how Trinity Logistics operates."
"this people are just scam! Book load with Jonah Lopez, and 40 min later i called him back to see where is my rate conf and he told me something like ... oh customer more that one for next mount.. very disrespectful broker !"
"I Had a very pleasant experience. They were professional, on time, called before and after delivery to make sure everything went smoothly. This was my first large machine delivery so i was uninformed, but they walked me through the process and made sure everything was in order. Machine arrived safely and has been in use since."
