City Line Pediatrics

"I have been going to City line Pediatrics for 34 years,that's how old my oldest child is,I have 6 children in total my youngest is 7yrs old Dr. Vickers and Dr.Pullen are both Rockstars, 8 of my 12 grandchildren also go to CLP, the only problem I have ever had was with Dr.Broznek, she has the bedside manner of a bedbug none of my children or grandchildren will be seen by her. They have never forced me or suggested that my family of little people get any vaccines or services that was not in their best interest. We have never had long wait times in the lobby or in the back, I feel bad for the parents who have allegedly had problems, the front desk staff and all of the assistance have been nothing but professional, I'm ready to ask the question what did yall do or not do as a parent or caretaker for your little people, to cause you to have such bad experiences? I give CLP overall a A++, and like I said my family of little people have been seeing these two doctors for 34+ yrs. I just hope they don't retire anytime soon"

"I love this office. Dr. Pullen was recommended to me from my aunt who is a close friend and he is AMAZING! My children 4 and 1 are pts. My 1 yr old was having bad stomach issues I was terrified because all hospitals were 5+ hour long waits (1am) and I called the emergency line and Dr. Pullen contacted me immediately and told me what to do and followed up with us the very next morning. Always able to get next day emergency appts."

"Dr. Vickers was my Pediatrician back in the mid 1980’s. She has cared for all of my children. My eldest now 32. My youngest, now 19 just had her annual in Dec 2021. She can’t conceive going somewhere else for services. She’s still looking for stickers after her yearly flu shots. My sisters 4 children have also been blessed with the excellent care provided over the years. It took a while for my children to accept that they may have to see Dr P & Dr B instead of Dr. Vickers. It didn’t take long for them to Love and Appreciate them all. The children still talk about the pictures of themselves outside the exam rooms. How she encouraged good grades. The practice gave parties as a reward for the children who work hard in school. The receptionist Carletta, is professional, with excellent customer service skills. She greets you with a soothing voice and her caring smile. In all these years I’ve never had an issue with getting appts, questions answered, records, med forms signed etc. There maybe a wait during busy months. But, who wants a Dr to rush when it comes to their children. I highly recommend City Line Peds. Thanks to all the staff for providing such excellent care over these decades."

"We love Dr. Pullen. He is great and my kids love him. The rating is for Dr. Brodzik and other staff. Incredibly unprofessional, horrendous bed side manners, and as slow as humanly possible. We’ll be sad to leave Dr. P but the risk of ever having to see Dr. B again makes it worth the effort of transferring somewhere else."

"This doctor's office is wonderful! I have not yet met Dr. Pullen, but Dr. Vickers is absolutely marvelous. She cares about her patients so much. After the first well visit with my girls I found out that my oldest daughter has a pretty severe case of scoliosis. Dr. Vickers called me personally to check on her to make sure I was adequately following up with orthopedics. I am impressed totally!!! I wish I would have brought them here as infants."
