"I thought my appt was 9am so I got here at 9am. The line to check in took 30mins. When I get to the front she says your appt was at 8:45am. If that’s the case I would of still been able to be seen (15mins after) but the line was literally down the hall and out the exit. She tried to give me another appt for 10/24 then magically found one for 9/19..I’m transferring my daughter to another office this is disgusting."
"My eldest child is 25 yrs old and he was going to Karabots when he was about 6. I have 3 other younger boys who are currently seen there. I've tried to keep them there but trying to get an appointment with their doctor is impossible now. They are always seeing the first available dr which makes no sense when they have a primary one. They never have weekend or late appts anymore. They always tell you a time and day to call, which is like fighting for concert tickets: hoping you'll get that golden day and time. This is chaotic. Years ago their service was something to brag about, but not anymore. After 20 years, I'm taking my children somewhere else. So long Karabots!"
