"Great staff and nice atmosphere. Very clean and friendly. Unfortunately this place isn’t a good fit for me personally. I feel my appointments I’ve been to have been rushed just to hurry and get to the next client. I don’t feel I’m being heard. They don’t have any grace period. Im a single mother so it’s unfortunate I couldn’t arrive 10 minutes late (9:10) to a 9am scheduled appointment when for my previous appointment I was cancelled on the same day . I really needed that appointment so I was disappointed especially sense I was excited about it. When you first come for your new patient appointment it’s an AMAZING experience. That’s how I was reeled in. But now I’m discouraged and getting no where with my auto accident and back pain. Again this place is not a good fit for me specifically and considering I have kids I need to find somewhere more understanding and more flexible with atleast a 10 minute grace period."
