"Two out of three styles were done horribly, small natural two strand twists and cornrows with added hair.... completely botched. The large box braids were done better but they were more jumbo than large. Scheduling, styling, and pricing issues. This salon has potential but needs help. The stylists were nice but inexperienced and unlicensed in some areas. Why would I let you do a silk press on my hair and you can't trim?? More experienced stylists are needed."

"The team was so polite, caring and respectful. The atmosphere was beautiful the place is designed so cool and the music was a vibe. I received a silk press with a trim which was an amazing experience. Ayo was wonderful she complimented my hair since I have a lot of it and have had quite the natural hair journey so I was a little anxious to apply heat but she could not have been more patient with me and kind. My hair turned out so pretty. Definitely coming back to try other services."

"My hair is short because I got the big chop 7 months ago and so I asked if my hair was long enough for braids and I was told yes, so I booked them and they turned out so beautifully. I wanted stitch braids and that was exactly what I got. Even though she said it was difficult, I’m glad that she still could do it because I asked before and she said it was long enough to do and if not, I would’ve been sad because I really wanted to experience another hairstyle besides the curly little Afro, and now, I can! Thanks Ayo! Also Summer was the one who washed my hair and by far that was the best hair wash I’ve ever experienced because I have very kinky hair and the last time I got it combed through for the detangling process, it HURT because the comb was just ripping through my very tightly coiled hair. That’s not the way to detangle my hair and I should’ve spoken up about it when it happened the first time, but when I went to get the most recent hairstyle, I was nervous about the detangling process, but Summer put some type of detangling soap in my hair and used a special kind of brush instead of a comb so when she started brushing, I felt absolutely nothing. I was so relieved because if I’m getting my hair washed, there should be no reason why I’m experiencing pain. Plus everything she used smelled amazing."
