"Was not permitted to take my service dog to the bathroom anywhere except to the smoking section. When I pointed it out on social media I was blocked. I wrote them a letter and they wrote back a condescending response filled with inaccuracies. In addition, despite having a posted bag policy, they didn‘t check my bag or have patrons go through metal detectors. I have been to at least 15 different venues on the east coast in the past 12 months and this is by far the worst."

"Saw the Guns & Roses Tribute band. The musicians were awesome. It was a crazy night but vocals were so poor. I know this is heavy rock but a voice should at least be heard whether it’s a scream or words. The portable mic was not working. We sat in row B and didn’t hear him. We heard him slightly when he sang patience. Poor sound."

"Went to see Arlo Guthrie & his daughter Sarah. Excellent! The volunteer staff are very friendly and helpful. 7/8/2022 Today saw a local production of Chicago the Musical. The cast was professional & energetic. They really brought it! The volunteers are still friendly & helpful. Always a good time at the CAC 11/21/2033 Still a great venue. This time Dark Star Orchestra."
