"Went shopping for shoes for my wife. She has mobility issues and the store is not wheelchair friendly so she used a cane. Limited selection of sneakers so we didn't find anything for her. While trying to leave an employee was sitting on the floor filling in some accessories and blocking the aisle. She moved a box a few inches to allow us to go through a very narrow passage between a display and the shoe racks forcing my wife to attempt to sidle through sideways and nearly falling. I contacted their customer service about the issue but never heard back. We'll never shop there again."
