"Horrible customer service. Staff was nasty and refused to acknowledge me. When I arrived at the counter to check out, all staff members crowded around the computer and did not say a word to me. They inadvertently accused me of stealing. They did not provide me a bag for my items or even look at me when I paid. I was so disgusted with their service, I came back 5 minutes later and returned all my items. Do not go here unless you want to be disrespected."

"My boyfriend’s family and I were just in Cape May for the week & when two of them went into the store, they were treated poorly, talked about & laughed at. The next day they went in & thought maybe it would be a better experience, but instead they were told to leave the store & that they weren’t welcome for “lying”. Said they got “8” people to leave a review when the four people who experienced it were the only ones who left the review lmao. It’s just unprofessional & rude. Very cute stuff but there’s so many other cute shops in Cape May with a much friendlier staff!❤️"

"Shopped here on Memorial weekend - the products are cute but low quality, however; I still purchased a sweater and a long sleeves shirt. The cashier Lindsey was very nasty and rude, as I’m checking out I received ZERO acknowledgement, not even a simple “thank you” in the end. She placed my clothes on the counter, put the receipt on top and did not provide a bag, I asked for a bag and she shrugged her shoulders. I walked away carrying my merchandise in my hands. Horrible customer service."
