"Due to having to cancel a much more extensive planned vacation (thanks, COVID-19), we booked a vacation rental in Ocean Pines through Hileman just a few weeks ahead of the date we were arriving. Unfortunately, the house we booked in the evening online turned out to no longer be available, but Hileman was very responsive. Not only did they help us find a new rental in a comparable price range, but they also waived the administrative fee in light of the inconvenience. The house we booked was awesome, very reasonably priced, beautifully decorated and maintained, in a fantastic location, and so well stocked--we loved it! We look forward to using Hileman again for future vacation rentals in Ocean Pines."

"I contacted hileman realty because I was recommended by a friend. I wanted to rent my ocean pines home seasonally. Once I spoke with her,( Ms hileman) I was optimistic. Then after a few months of not hearing anything from her I contacted her again, she even took a key and promised she would be in touch with decorators to help get my place set up. To this date I have not heard from her or her office.its been 8 months. It seems if you're not in her circle of friends she doesn't want your business. Very stuck up. Will lie to your face. I highly recommend going somewhere else. There are plenty of up and coming rental management companies. This place doesn't need any new business apparently. Don't waste your time."
