"Great thrift store and large selection inside. Went in here on a whim to print something I needed for license upgrade at MVC (next door). Rosemary was so kind and helped me print the documents I needed, saving me time and making my day so much smoother. Thank you Rosemary, entire staff was very pleasant :)"

"Nice stuff but there is an old man there with a big tummy, very rude and absolutely pure racist rotten to the core of his deep dark small brain. Idk if he has ever been to a mile from the thrift store. But you need to go out sometime, forget the past and just be kind to your fellow human beings out there! I could imagine what your offspring be like!"

"Prices are absolutely ridiculous. Used sneakers for $45.00. I went across the street to TJ Maxx and bought new ones for cheaper. Dress prices are outrageous too!! Do yourself a favor and go to TJ Maxx or Marshall’s for new items with fair prices."

"Just was in the Veterans and Citizens Thrift Store 3305 Bayshore Rd, Cape May, NJ 08204 I cannot believe how disrespectful and rude I was just treated by a man there by the name of Bud. I wanted to buy my mother a wheelchair and I can not believe how Bud yelled and attacked me. The sales lady that was trying to help me told Bud that I wanted to BUY a wheelchair the first question he asked me if my mother was a veteran, and I replied, no, my father was, I was not looking for a free wheelchair. I was more than willing to pay for it, and BUD Became very aggravated with me and said well why does your mother need a wheelchair and I explained to him that my mother was disabled and after 3 years hers needed to be replaced. and he said oh, so she doesn’t take care of her things she destroys her stuff, he refused to allow me to buy this wheelchair for my mother, instead he gave me a 3rd degree wanting to know why I could not get a prescription filled telling me to go to Abby and when he found out that my mom was from Pennsylvania, he became thoroughly enraged and said well this totally disqualifies her. I don’t know how my money can disqualify me from purchasing something to help my disable mother and at the same time help the thrift store whether it be a wheelchair or a piece of clothing or glassware whatever if I’m paying for it and it helps the veterans. We always donate to this store due to the fact that this store supported veterans thrift store but not anymore and Bud was very rude. Bud told us to keep our donations he doesn’t need them. I can not emphasize enough how very rude unprofessional demeaning disrespectful person bud was He was so rude, rude rude, rude man.."

"We hit this store the past 2 years now. I like the random items in the back room...Definitely find some good deals..Reasonably priced... I liked the dusty dirty things someone pulled out of there attic and this places has random items like that...Definitely will continued to support them....I see many complaints about the gentleman at the register...He's a vet...He seems to have a dry sense of humor possibly... we never has a problem...Thank you for your services"
