"Upon hearing how they would not wear a mask in the home of my 88 year old grandfather during COVID-19 I was already alarmed at the lack of professionalism. But when the situation escalated to the Ulmer's rep (who told me he was the owner Matt) to him telling my grandfather to leave the kitchen because he "doesn't like to be watched while working" he called my grandfather a "wacko" and left. My grandfather is a well respected Veteran, and well known in the community. He not deserve to be treated with such a lack of respect in his own home. If this family run business is run like this - then my advice is to go somewhere else for service. It's not worth the frustration."

"The compressor on our KitchenAid refrigerator (French doors with the freezer on the bottom) burned out because the door came slightly ajar just before we left town for a few days. Ulmer identified the problem and replaced it quickly."
