The initial diagnostic visit, he had a pro opinion, but thoroughly checked the entire appliance for function. He found only one part was disfunctional, ordered the part to my house and quickly completed the repair the next week. I highly recommend him"
"Paul was a very nice guy. I just don't believe he was very knowledgeable with the Samsung washer. He never hooked anything up to diagnose the issue with the machine. I stated the machine didn't rinse or spin. He poured hot water in the softener hole and stated the problem was fixed. I tried to wash a load after ,and the machine is still on rinse it didn't work. Still don't. I was however, able to take the wet clothes out and to the laundry outside. I have another appointment next week for the same issue. I'm hopeful"
