"Purchased a wood-burning tool three days ago. Tried to unscrew the tip to change it and it broke off at the threads. Could not find my receipt, but I didn’t want to return it I simply wanted to replace it. They have me in their system but they won’t replace it without the receipt. They said take it to another harbor, freight. The one in Elkton has such a high theft rate they won’t replace it without a receipt. So if you’re looking to purchase something from Harbor freight, choose a different store, better yet buy it some place other than Harbor Freight."

"Super helpful Staff. Tools have allways worked out good from hand tools to power tools. I do have many of the Bauer cordless tools and all of them except the car vac that should have a little more suction. Great selection of more difficult tools to get in store like ball joint pullers and similiar tools"
