"Took 20 minutes for two sandwiches. Wanted fries. They had them but I was told the fries needed to be "unlocked" on the menu (it was 5 pm). When I politely asked how long I would need to wait, I was first ignored then finally told "a few minutes" (note for management -- encourage your employees to actually look up at the person when talking with them). They still weren't on the menu 20 minutes later. Also, only one cash register as open with a long line of people, even though there was a second person behind the counter."
