"This is the most disappointing meal I can ever remember having. Now I wish I could forget it. We did a pick-up order for our way home from an outing. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, mild tomato, medium corn, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. She ordered barbacoa tocos with white rice and cheese. What could go wrong?.... No cheese anywhere. My girlfriend tried to rectify the situation over the phone. The store doesn't answer their phone. A computer does. Nothing can be rectified over the phone. Have to text message in the app and they connect her with someone who was not very polite. They offered two free drinks, but we live several miles from the store and that still wouldn't rectify the situation. Meanwhile, I decided to eat mine anyway. Oooo, big mistake. The rice was hard and there was barely any chicken in it. I couldn't eat it. She didn't touch hers. Now she is hangry."

"Just got my burrito bowl delivered tonight. It was delicious in spite of the negatives. My brown rice was hard with hulls mixed in; there was not sour cream , yes I ordered it; there were no fajita veggies, I usually get extra. Not the first time food was less than expected from this location ( sigh)"

"You need to babysit these people while they make your food. Second time I ordered online and the food is just poorly prepared and improperly portioned. Adding meat to a veggie burrito. And burrito with double protein barely had one scoop it seemed. It just infuriating. The price of burritos with double protein is crazy and it seems like they deliberately skimp out. Foods good when it’s right but too often is it a waste of money now. Also you can tip which I foolishly did. Save your money or just go to a different chipotle this one’s terrible."
