"Not professional. I was told that my needles were in stock and asked several times to come back in one hour. After waiting 4 hours I was told that they didn't have any needles. I broke into tears and explained that I had to have them that night and told them to go back and search for them. Surprisingly they found them. Sick people should never have to go through so much aggravation. Absolutely unacceptable!!!"
