"Dumpster fire. Open 15 minutes late. Hours are inconvenient and they’re short staffed. Can’t get anyone in the phone. A call back takes hours. Employees are flippant and obnoxious. They even asked why I needed a medication substitution when they’re the ones who stated that I needed the substitute. Do better CVS."

"This place put a nail in the coffin of my relationship with CVS. I’ve been tolerating the company to save myself the hassle of switching everything over to another pharmacy, but I’ve finally had it. I just moved to the area and had my prescriptions transferred from another CVS. Having worked as a pharmacy tech in the past, I know this is not a complicated process. I called in to request a prescription on a Friday. The following day I was there to pick up another prescription and asked about the one I’d called in the day before. I was told, “Oh, we don’t have it in stock. We can get it by Monday.” Ok, fine, I understand that sometimes happens. But why would you not call to inform me that it’s not in stock the minute you discover that, so I have the option to transfer the Rx elsewhere? I mean, gee, I might actually need the medication since I requested to have it filled, right?! By Wednesday of the following week my prescription is still “in process,” with no communication regarding delays. One of my complaints about CVS is their incessant text reminders about things I might want to refill, prescriptions I have waiting, prescriptions that need renewals from my dr’s office, ways I might want to make managing my prescriptions more streamlined(!), etc etc etc. (How about only texting me when something I ordered is ready and staying out of my inbox otherwise? Sheesh.) But when it actually matters, I receive no communication at all. I’m now five days without a medication I’m supposed to take daily, without interruption. While I love the Target store in Easton, the CVS inside the store has ensured no CVS gets my business ever again. Horrendous customer care—actually, NO care for customer wellbeing, apparently."

"I usually go to Harris Teeter Pharmacy, but I was having issues with one of my medications, so being a number of my friends to to Target Pharmacy, I decided to give it a try. Radvi, (please excuse me if I misspelled her name) , was the best. She greeted me with the most pleasant smile and was most helpful with the issues I was having. I approached her being extremely frustrated, but she took the time to listen to my problem and immediately diffused the situation with her knowledge and took the time to speak to me in laymen's terms. I always take the time to write letters to employers regarding their employees behavior, whether good or bad, so they understand who is at the front line addressing their clients. Radvi, is a delight and you should feel honored to have such a valuable employee who takes her job very seriously and goes above and beyond her duties. FYI: I am changing my pharmacy needs to Target. Thank you."

"While the African American pharmacy tech was absolutely amazing… the pharmacist was an absolute impolite curmudgeon. I gave her my GoodRx coupon code, and per federal standards it should be applied. The pharmacist made me feel extremely uncomfortable, like using a coupon was ridiculous. Unfortunately, I’m not made of money and I don’t have $100 for one prescription, when with the coupon code I would save $50. After complaining to change the pricing and lacking average typing skills, Lisa was unable to properly enter the code. I offered to present the scan code instead as she cut me off to say, “I know you think I’m not trying to help but I am…” huffed, rolled her eyes and walked away as I was mid sentence explaining that a GoodRx code might work instead of typing in the numbers.Thankfully the other staff was kind. Lisa should probably work on her customer service skills."

"I have had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle, #1965703 on many occasions and she first impressed me by remembering my name. My wife has been very ill and it felt like I had a friend. Today, she received an order from my wife's doctor and immediately had me notified that the critical prescription was ready. The fact that she took the time to remember my name meant a great deal to me. I have had dealings with one of your Pharmacists and always had a great feeling when I left. FYI, my insurance company, Aetna, forced me to use CVS and I wasn't happy at the time but IO am now very glad they did. Please keep up the great customer service."
