"Do not shop here under any circumstances whatsoever! They are priced 2.5 times higher than home depot... Then the assistant manager starts to bad mouth that home depot gives you used broken items....if you want to travel back to 1950...then 84 lumber is for you....do not shop there under any circumstances"

"Our order was delivered with missing items. We called multiple times and they always say they will call back. They don’t! One of the employees that we sent an email to with our invoice after he asked us to, did not respond again after that. It has been almost three months... we have called 1-2 times a week to find out about the missing items and just get the “run-around”. Terrible way to run a business. If it would allow me to give 0 stars I would!"

"My husband and I went to lumber 84 to buy deck boards. I ask them what was the best board used to decking. I was told pressure treated lumber. We needed 20 foot boards. The sold us 2x6x20. I ask again and was told this is what everyone uses. After many phone calls we finally got a date when it would be delivered. This should have raised a red flag. We got the delivery and noticed several boards damaged. We called Lumber 84 and they said it would be no problem swapping them out. Two days and many phone calls later, we got two boards. I would have sent 11back but my husband thought he would make them work. They are in deplorable condition. When the man brought the two boards he said no one uses these boards. He said the Lumber yard has a better board they sell for decking. So why was my husband and I sold junk. It would be one thing if I didn’t ask fior the best but I did. This is a deplorable why to do business I do not recommend them. We are stuck with junk They finally agreed we could pick 11 new boards. We did. They delivered them but not the ones we picked. More bad wood. And their delivery is expensive They just don’t care"

"Drove an hour there to see if they had some wood for a furniture project. They don't keep anything in stock like that. They told me they can special order it. Left my number. They never called me back or returned the call that I left the next day. Huge waste of time. Just order it online."

"Stopped by to pick up a few pieces of decking wood. Mike helped us out. He was more than outgoing with answering my questions, helping me pick out good wood and even price matched the wood that I bought. Very friendly... how an employee should be! I would absolutely go back to 84 Lumber for wood in the future."
