"Every time I’m in the store, someone runs over to stand next to me as I check out in the self check out. There is no space and it’s very uncomfortable. Last time someone came over and took the scanner out of my hand to scan by two items for me. Makes for a very uncomfortable trip and if I wanted someone to check out my items for me, I wouldn’t be using one of the five self checkout lanes that they have open."

"I went there today to get a certain tool. First saw a sales person and he directed me to another sales associate. A man wearing an Eagles Kelsey jersey. Forgot to get his name unfortunately. The tool I was looking was not available according to their inventory. He then told me what other Home Depots had the tool. I thanked him and left. But after I was in my car he came out to the parking lot, found me and said he found one. EXCELLENT SERVICE. THANK YOU."

"I purchased a shower curtain liner. While here. It looks great. Update: 9/16/23. I stopped back again. To purchase a pair of clear safety glasses. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had no idea where these things were. Oh BTW, they're on isle 15, LoL. I just love shopping at this Home Depot. It's clean and well organized. Plenty of parking. It's customer friendly. And unlike some other large retailers, this place actually has a really good staff. When I walked in, someone actually said Hi. The quality of everything they sell is so important. And the management obviously understands how important this is. I highly recommend The Home Depot in Deptford."

"I visited the store yesterday and found 13 recessed lights on clearance for one penny apiece. I proceeded to pay for them, and I asked the girl with a ring up one penny. She said Home Depot doesn’t sell anything for a penny, but I said it’s mart one penny got the manager over we’re not allow me to buy the lights because they don’t sell anything for one penny. But it was marked One penny. So I kind of got mad and they do not allow me to buy the recessed lights I told him I’ll start shopping at Lowe’s. Bad experience not happy at all with Home Depot anymore."

"Finding things at this store is a but tedious.. getting someone to help you with a good attitude. When buying appliances they do NOT inform you how the delivery process works... if you don't pay for "install" it will be a "threshold" delivery meaning they will NOT at the very least bring it in your home.. they want to charge you extra 50 bucks plus tax if you want it inside"installed". And the kicker is that they also charge for "hauling" the old appliances! So many other competitors still to this day do not charge for any of these things."
