"Terrible experience buyer beware we paid for 2 business class seat from DC to Istanbul in January we are 3 days from departure and the airline downgraded one of our flights to economy restricted. After 3 days with customer support they could not fix our seats. Only option say in economy at business class price or switch to another airline and pay an additional $4,000. This company uses their corporate airline miles for seats. This means airlines are not required to honor your seat if the flight changes."

"I booked through them and dealt with Mark. Mark was very helpful. He responded to our requests and found us flights that were just perfect and the price was good. Then recently Delta changed one of my flights and I would only have 40 minutes from landing on one plane and taking off on an international flight. I called him and asked if that flight could be moved so that I would arrive earlier. He promptly worked on it, got the flight changed. I will book through them again."

My one concern is their process of making a $1-3 charge to credit cards to ensure proper customer identification. In my case the token charge preceding the charge for the tickets prompted a fraud alert with my credit card company."
