"General Tso's is not crispy at all and SWIMMING on oil/sauce. I had to dump out a quarter of a cup of sauce.. The Chicken with broccoli was also meh. Very thin sauce snd just not good. Shrimp fried rice was decent enough but I am used to an off-brown fried rice due to soy sauce...this one was yellow? Also, ordered chicken and it had a yellow tinge, similar to turmeric or salon? Idk..just not what I am used to when eating "carry out". I knew I wouldn't get lucky on the OC strip so I ventured off the beach into Berlin. Sigh. I should have just ate McDonald's. Idk wherever these 5 star reviews are coming from but....you all are tripping. Signed, A sad DMV girl looking for carryout"

"We're visiting from Philly & Philly suburbs. First time trying and the food and portions were good. We tried fried wings and fries for kids. They were cooked well done and fresh. My husband and I had shrimp with garlic sauce and veggie fried rice. My husband had chicken with garlic sauce and shrimp fried rice extra spicy. The food was delicious and the sauce had great flavor. We ordered the combination platter which came with egg roll too. Dinner for 5 ppl was $60. Great price point too. I recommend."

"Decided to try Hunan Garden for carry out. Got sesame and orange chicken and they were both really good! Veggie lo mein was also very tasty! Steamed rice was light and fluffy! Portion sizes were generous and priced very reasonably. Would definitely order again!"

"The best General Tsos chicken in the area, and possibly from York, Pennsylvania to Berlin. Finally! Spice! The extra spicy is no joke. We love Szechuan style general tsos because it's spicier and the sauce is a bit darker. Loved that they had the option to increase the heat. This place did not disappoint. Huge portions as well. We will definitely be back."

"I went the Hunan Garden because their menu said they had "Crispy Beef". Unfortunately the beef was not a Crispy Beef dish I have ever seen. It was beef slices dipped in a batter and probably fried. Once they added the sauce, it became a soggy mess. The restaurant should consider leaving the sauce on the side, thereby allowing the dish to stay relatively crispy. I would call this dish "Fried Soggy Doughnut Beef" with sweet orange zest. I also found the sauce to be too sweet and with too much orange flavor. They may have a lot of great dishes, but this one fails. I had to throw it away after a couple of bites. Sorry."
