"My sons thier girlfriends and I ate here the other night and had a great meal. There was no one else in the place because it's winter in Ocean City, but everything was great anyway. Highly recommend when it's not busy. If I go when it is busy, I'll let you know."

"First of all.. the food is good!: on this particular visit, we had breakfast and our server was friendly, but just going through the motions if you know what I mean. The restaurant, for not being that old seems to already need a really good cleaning and upgrade. The bathrooms had TP on the floor, no liners in the cans, the tables had sugar all over them, there were dirty tables that all but 1 stayed that way the entire time we were there, while the employees were sitting at a booth in the back taking on their phones, etc... the telephone was ringing and ringing and ringing... when an employee finally got up and answered it..... right behind where she was sitting!!! Kudos to the kitchen for some yummy food, but front of house need sl to do so much better!!!!!"

"We ordered 3 burgers each for 15$. After waiting 40 minutes for our food to be delivered, they got our order wrong. Giving us 2 burgers instead. When we went to correct our order the server gave use attitude and didn’t refund our meal or give us the corrected order. Horrible experience. The location was dirty, with dishes left sitting on the tables around us for the entire time we waited. Burgers were hot were burnt."

"We are locals and have been here before but never got this rude treatment before. Entered IHOP , there was nobody at the entrance or whole restaurant so we figured we’ll wait for someone to come up and seat us. Waited for like 10 minutes and we sat down at the closest table close to the entrance hoping someone will come up. First table we picked was dirty , looked for the next one , dirty as well , so I grabbed a towel and wiped down the table. The waitress comes up in the meantime giving me a rude comment that I am supposed to wait to be seated and I said we’ve been waiting for a while at the entrance but nobody came up to us. She tells me that that’s why she couldn’t see us because we didn’t wait up there. I told her we have been waiting at the entrance for a while but didn’t see anyone in the restaurant. She finally comes back up to the table throws the menus to us and leaves. So at that point I left because she made me feel uncomfortable. I would’ve understood if the restaurant would have been busy but there was only one table occupied in the whole restaurant. Oh and to top it off when they saw us leaving the restaurant they said “see ya guys” (in a sarcastic way)and waved .Your employees need more training in how to treat your customers!"

"We pulled into the parking lot @ 9:15 am. We were seated by 9:20 am.There were ample empty tables. Took over 5 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Coffee was served minutes later, and eventually, our order was taken. I specifically informed the waitress to serve my pancakes after I'm done with my steak omelet. In the meantime, other diners were seated in 3 different booths by us. They were served their meals and were just about done when a server dropped off a dish with the side order of bacon for my wife. I overheard one waitress asking another what she did with the bacon. She pointed to our table. The waitress who asked about the bacon, then came to our table and REMOVED the plate. It was dropped off for a customer at another table!!!. It was now 10:20 am. I decided to complain at the front desk, though my wife preferred we patiently wait. I informed the hostess of the situation when a server at our booth called out to inform me the order was ready...FINALLY! I will admit the food was fresh and hot. My side order of pancakes was also served at the same time. It was removed, and a fresh order prepared once I was done with my main dish. I thought the original server might be fairly new. She was having issues entering our order in the electronic pad. I was given a 10% discount for the inconvenience and did receive an apology."
