"They did our tile and LVP in our new build. Very unorganized and extreme lack of communication between sales and installation. We went in the store multiple times to verify choices of tile and format and they had something wrong every time, including when they began installation. Tile work was mediocre, and they did not caulk the edges and corners properly. They also would not seal the grout, and some of the Subway tiles in the bathroom are not flush with the others. We had another company do our carpet because they didn't have our color but the thresholds were to match the LVP which they installed. They would only install the flat thresholds that butt to the carpets instead of overlapping, which has caused issues with the tack strip. All in all, terrible communication, mediocrity, and laziness. Would not recommend."

"Replaced multiple rooms of flooring in our new house. Nothing but issues and very unprofessional workers (left all kinds of trash in my daughters room toybox as well as closets and other rooms). Didn't bother to put up drapes so dust got everywhere, even making our smoke alarm go off."
