"Do not take your fur babies here. As pleasant as the staff is, they do not appeal to your requests. They are scissor happy and will not give you what you ask for. As opposed to them calling and letting you know they are incapable of giving you what you like, they create ridiculous excuses."
"This was our 1st time here and Rhonda’s came highly recommended by our new neighbor. Please look at the photo I GAVE them and the photos I just took. I am grateful that they at least tried to trim the ears (at my request) because when I first went in, my (formerly) beautiful boy looked like he had pigtails. I asked for the tail to stay about 2 inches long and they shaved it down to the tail. I add insult to injury I cannot understand the level of rudeness Rhonda was to me. In spite of my obvious lack of satisfaction, I remained calm and respectful. I asked for a discount and she slammed a $20 on the counter. So a $95 groom became $75. Still shocked at her unprofessional behavior. I suspect she takes on more than she can handle and cannot deliver on the haircut I asked her. It would have been appropriate for her to say so, when I brought my dog and the photo in. ZERO STARS"
"Sharing this review on behalf of my mother. The photos speak for themselves. How this place is still in business is beyond me. My mother has two Lhasa Apso's that have very sensitive skin. My mother would always bring their medicated shampoo in with their grooming appointment. This was the last straw for Ms. Rhonda. This is animal cruelty. This salon came highly recommended by Cherry Hill Veterinary Hospital previously but after showing them these photos, they've agreed to not refer any more. The skin was just 1 issue. The hairs in their ears weren't being groomed correctly, leading to ear infections. Their nails weren't being trimmed either, despite being charged for the services. After researching this company further, there are several complaints on Facebook too - not on the company's actual Fb page but in several animal groups. If you truly care for your pet's wellbeing, take them elsewhere. These photos are heartbreaking. Shame on you, Rhonda. And, your employees too."
