"I have noticed over the past couple years they have changed something with the roast beef. A bit drier and less tasty. My last visit I ordered a double roast beef. I got a double but they tried to hide the burnt ends and pieces in the middle. WOW. Throw them away. Don't do that to a customer who has got their hopes set on the last time it was so delicious that it made them wanna come back. Let's do better"
"I have to say, rarely do I give 5 stars to a fast food restaurant, but this Arby's really impressed me last weekend. We went through the drive thru, so we could only evaluate from the exterior, but the grounds and building were immaculate. The menu board was clean and well- presented, and the speaker was working properly. Everyone we encountered (order taker, cashier, food giver person, manager) was polite, professional, and friendly. They'd all obviously brought their A-game that day! Also, we had what we worried was a complicated order, being kind of all over the map, but they didn't miss a single trick. The food itself was outstanding. I don't eat meat, so I can't personally testify to the taste of Hubs' 2 roast beef sandwiches, but it looked like the sandwiches were noticeably bigger than usual, they seemed very fresh, and he thoroughly devoured them. He got curly fries with a side cup of cheese sauce with both sandwiches, which we shared. Those were perfect; completely on point. Our sodas were delicious, with the right mixture of syrup and carbonation. But for me, the stars of the show were the Fried Mac & Cheese bites that I didn't know they had. I've been looking for something like that since a certain upscale restaurant I used to frequent stopped caring them on their menu. Oh, my word!!! These at Arby's were damn good. I had Hubs get me a second bag on the spot. And he got me two more bags the next day, because guess what? They're affordably priced!! I think I know what I'm having for lunch!"
"Arby's usually pretty good. This one is less desirable. The food was okay, the sandwich was soggy, and the service was very slow. The place looked very rundown. Definitely needs updating."
"Great service... The young girl who helped me was very nice and spoke well and smile alot... The food was delicious like always... The new sandwich hit the spot if you know what i mean... But the sliders are not to mess with always will be forever my favorite..."
