"I ordered at the kiosk but paid cash for my order and had to wait 5 minutes for a cashier to appear. They didn't start my order until they got my money. I repeated and tasted my order for 10 hours"
"The customer service has gone down the drain. I got into an incident with the manager about a coupon that I gave to the worker that did not place it on my order. Then I had to wait an additional 17 minutes for my order to come. So in total I have now been sitting parked on the side for almost a half an hour for fast food. I went inside to address the manager calmly and she gave me attitude and told me it's too late. It is what it is. So I cancel my order completely and ask for a refund. She then tells me to bring the two small drinks from kids meals back into her in which I did comply. When I did so she looked me square my face and then threw them in the trash. If Miss Rosemary was there this way have never occurred."
"Visited this location (700 N Dupont Hwy) on 11/17 around 9 pm. Horrible customer service. Ordered my food then got to the window to pay and handed them my credit card, the amount didn't seem correct so I asked them to repeat my order. Obviously it was not correct, but still charged me for part of my order. Tried 3 times to get the order right but with no success. The manager came over and was completely rude to me so I just requested my money back and left since they couldn't get the order right. Horrible experience and the manager on duty should NOT be a manager."
