Papa Johns Pizza

"I placed an ordered on 11/28/23 for two med two top pizzas via delivery between 7:30-8:00pm EST. This was the third time my product was not up to quality. The dough is uneven and all toppings are placed on a single side. I submit a complaint on 11/29/23. The complaint was for the nearest papa John’s location and the store manager called and rudely informed that they didn’t deliver the pizza, another location did. I called the delivery location and a female employee who claimed she was a manager told me the next time I order, I can get the same order for free as a courtesy. Today (12/03/23) I called the location and a male employee answered and confirmed there was an order placed but no coupon or offer for me to get the free pizzas. this employee was disrespectful to me. Told me he can’t ‘verify’ anything and won’t send anything free of cost. I told the employee I don’t care about the free pizzas even though it was promised by your store employee, but I would appreciate if you could take my feedback/ complaint and work on this issue as I am a regular customer. The male employee I was speaking to told me that he can’t help/ doesn’t want to, and that I should go online and hung up on me. I’m highly disappointed with the ignorance that when a regular customer calls nicely to provide feedback, you promise them something and don’t live up to it, and the next person who should be fulfilling the promise, is even more rude and refuses to offer a resolution. I want you to know that I am taking my business elsewhere"

"The gentleman took my order at the register. He went to make my pizza dough without washing his hands. There was a girl laying down on the counter in the back on the right side. You heard me correct laying down on the metal counter. She then got up washed her hands then stated scratching her face. She then proceeded to put the topping on my pizza. I advised the gentleman that took my order I would like a refund and they could keep that pizza. If I had not ordered the pizza in person I would never had seen all of this. I will never go there again . DISGUSTING!!!!"

"Don't bother trying to call this store if your order is messed up, they don't answer the phone. We ordered online for delivery and shouldn't have left the tip on the card before the food was delivered. Several things were missing from out order THAT I PAID FOR. At least if you order through uber you could get your money back for the things they didn't bring you. No drinks to eat our food with while out of town. I also order several sauces at $1 a piece that we did not receive. That's just the bad before you get to the food. They put the pepperoni under the cheese on the pizza, there is tons of sauce on the pizza, it just didn't taste like Papa Johns that we know. Buyer beware. If you order from here your order will most likely not be right, not taste good and they will not answer if something is wrong. Stay far away from this Papa Johns!"

"We stopped ordering from Papa Johns months ago after our last experience. We ordered the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and it looked disgusting, just thrown together and inedible. The employees face when he handed me the box should have been a clear indicator that something was wrong but I didn’t check until I got home. I would have preferred for him to admit he didn’t know how to make that particular pizza than to hand me greasy soggy garbage and waste my money. I complained TWICE to corporate and requested a refund but received no response at all. Not even a coupon or an apology. I’ve had issues with papa John’s in the past, but last time was the LAST time."

"This individual franchise owner is not doing Papa Johns name any favors. Not my first issue with them. Problems every other order. If you’re going to run a food service business. Hair nets are required by law! No seal on my box either. Not that it would help. Hair was melted into the cheese. Probably happened while preparing. Someone with long, dark colored hair was definitely working last night!"
