Shake Shack Christiana

"This was the first time I went to a Shake Shack. Went with friends and they were telling me try it it, I would like it. They were right I really did like it, it was delicious. Do not compare this to other Burger fast food places. The bacon cheeseburger was made like a burger you would receive from a restaurant. The meat was not dried out and was cooked well and delicious. The cheese was well melted and not uncooked. The bacon was crispy and not dried out. The cheeseburger was served on a fresh potato bun. With the cheese burger and a side order or crinkle fries that were nice and crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. And then wash it down with their organic iced tea. Next is the atmosphere it was nice and relaxing, clean and well lite. You had the option of sitting inside or eating your food outside on their patio. You place your order take a number and then the food is served to you. Our Services was friendly and polite. I am recommending shake shack to anyone who reads. Unfortunately there isn't many around and they're not in every town or street corner. If in your travels you cross paths with one definitely take the opportunity to stop in and check it out, I believe you won't be disappointed. It might even be your new place to go for a bit to eat."

"This is a great place for a quick meal, in a nice atmosphere. Service was excellent, the employees are helpful, friendly and aim to please. They welcome service animals, and pets. The shack burger and crinkle cut fries was great, the lemonade needs tweaking, they have vegetarian options. It is child friendly, there is a game table. Overall its great for families, a date or self care outing and its economical. There is ample parking. I love Shake Shaks' motto "At Shake Shack, we stand for: Humane treatment of cattle throughout their life. No antibiotics. No added hormones, Our burgers & fries don't contain MSG""

"Not friendly. The young lady that took our order, her name wasn't on the receipt, was miserable. I've only been to a Shake Shack one time prior to this visit, and that was years ago. I asked her if the hotdog was 1/4 lbs or a regular hotdog, and she didn't have and answer, didn't ask someone, and she looked annoyed that I even asked. Once my order was complete, she told me the screen would ask me a question. The question on the screen was what percentage would I like to add for a tip which goes to the whole staff, I left 15% thinking she would see I left a tip and maybe this would improve her mood. Nope, she didn't acknowledge I had left a tip, she handed me a number and told me my order would be delivered to my table when ready.They ask you to do a survey, which I will, but I highly doubt it will do any good. We ordered at 19:03, our food was delivered to our table at 19:12, pretty good for food made to order. As far as preparation, the burgers were perfect, as were the fries. The kids ordered grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was burnt, but I made the kids eat it. Shamefully, I didn't want to complain because I assumed the young lady at the counter wouldn't respond correctly, and I just didn't want to have any other interactions with her. I know I took the easy way out, but I've been beaten down from the majority of employees at all customer service businesses. With the exception of the burnt grilled cheese, everything else in our order was very good. Price; I expect to pay more because the food is prepared to order, and the quantity is above the average fast food burger establishment. The freshness, quality, and taste were excellent, but the portions were too small for the price. In comparison, I pay the bigger price at 5 Guys, and they have the same quality but way bigger portion. Would have give 5 stars if it weren't for the customer service, burnt grilled cheese, and the quantity of the food."

"This is place is okay the food is okay. It's nice that they have options of wine and beer. The shakes were fantastic. The service not so great. The price food is a much for what you get. It's okay but you could go to Chilli's a cross the street and pay the same for more food. We are shocked at price it's like a fast food it's better quality but some of the service was not great. You if you have kids I guess it's great. Burger was good quality it didn't make me sick. The wine was okay. I don't know if we will be back. Maybe to grab a shake if we are in the area. Cheese fries were okay maybe they could have given more cheese. It's good place for a quick bite it won't take you long to finish. The presentation is sad I guess we are just eating where they give you a plate. I was a little taken back because they deliver the food to you. So it's different that's for sure."
