"Will completely ruined my sons hair . He has been growing his dreads for a few years now and had to have them trimmed because of dress code at school. My son tells him to cut them just about the collar . Only an inch or 2 .He decided to cut 4 or 5 off !!! MADE IT LOOK LIKE A BOWL CUT . Told his father that he decided to cut more off so he wouldn't have to worry about it touching the collar soon !! Not his place to make that decision And to not even ask before you start cutting to make sure the length was right !?? Who does that !!!?.?? The back of his hair is shorter than the front . When a client tells you 2 inches and you cut 5 without asking . That's a problem . So you can make up excuses all you want on your response . Will told his dad he decided to cut more than that because he thought he wouldn't have to worry about issues with the school. That is not his place to do that or make that decision without asking ."

"Rudy and the crew are phenomeal professionals. Last night I came for my second appointment with Rudy and enjoyed a fusball game among the barbers before receiving the best fade I've had since serving in the military. My girlfriend even complimented the cut. Great job guys, highly recommended!"

"I’ve been here a couple times…. The owner Phil cut my hair once, and it was decent but not great, i ended up just shaving it off a bit to fix it, and the two times after I tried to reschedule he changed or cancelled my appointment last minute with no reason. I tried Brad next and he did excellent work he but doesn’t work there anymore. Otherwise, it seems like a very unfriendly place when you walk in and I definitely dealt with it because I was looking forward to a hopefully good haircut and there’s lack of other places here in the area that I like. But without Brad being there and with an owner who doesn’t show up for any of his appointments, I don’t know why I would ever come back."

"I’ve been cutting my own fade for 14 years. Occasionally, I don’t feel up to using a double mirror and spending two hours of my time cutting and cleaning up hair in my own house. Occasionally I’d like to be able to walk in to a business in Delaware and be treated like a customer. Let’s face it folks, it ain’t happening. Once again I entered a privately owned business in this state and was treated no different than a soft breeze. There was no greeting, no acknowledgement of my presence, I scanned the room, a few individuals establish eye contact then resume their work, music was at a high volume. Hey, it is what it is. I’m a self respecting man, I’m not about to yell in the middle of a room to get acknowledged for a simple haircut. It appears that these barbers are talented by the photos in the reviews, I’m certainly not doubting that, but as with many privately owned businesses in the area the professionalism and customer service is lacking. It appears that this is more of a conglomerate of freelance barbers whom require scheduled appointments and convene at the same location more so than a standard cohesive business.There’s no sign to identify the business; there is a barber’s pole behind the glass. The entrance is on the one way street next to the plaza with Arena’s and Surf Bagel. I’m back at the house and about to start cutting now y’all. On the plus side I saved a 50 dollar bill on a haircut that will grow out in about 2 weeks. Shoot, the pictures looked nice though!"

"Phil and the crew always hook it up and do an outstanding job. Every time I go there, it’s the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. It feels like Im getting a thousand-dollar cut. I would recommend this spot to anybody in the state (worth the drive) because of the quality haircut that you receive and the environment that you receive it in. Friendly guys. Excellent service.
