"Unfortunately I would have to change my review for the business. I came here 2x and it was a great experience. Today was not the best. I will say I saw on the app they had appointments available at 1230 pm but I have a daughter to pick up so figure why not come in early and see if I can be seen. I sat down and no one said anything. There were conversations but with regulars it seems. After an hour I was approached by one barber who said they can squeeze me in. I figure based off the conversations with barbers and clients that would not be the case so I left. I feel it is not a "walk in" barbershop but you definitely have to use the app. It felt like it was more welcoming to regulars. I am sure it is still a great barbershop unfortunately for me it feels short for today"
