"I've lived here for three years now with no major problems. Nice quiet community near I 95 and close to shopping areas. Efficient and personable staff who work hard to keep things running smoothly. Culturally diverse community that mixes well. Social services for those that néed it. Best of all cozy one bedroom apartments with nice sized baloney views."
"Since New Management took over past 2yrs, they have completely renovated most of the inside. From the updated Security system, Laundry Rm, Computer Rm, Asher Rubin Banquet Rm back to The Lobby-which is now the most favorite place to be! On the outside they renovated every inch of it. From the beautiful Courtyard, Garden, Gazebo to every sidewalk & parking space. This place is absolutely Gorgeous. The Staff are the nicest people you could ever have running your building!"
