"From the moment I walked in the room completely infested with roaches lost sleep to the group of kids outside playing all night in the rooms down from me pretty frustrating when you work 10hr shifts pillow cases were filthy had to go buy my own pillows and the bath towels were stained stay here at your own risk."
"Do not blame anyone after staying without due diligence. This hotel is solely managed by one individual. They never clean the room anytime except the sheets obviously room are stinky. If I am the hotel owner I don't even run motel with this condition. Especially do not come here with kids it is very risk for your hygiene."
"This place is absolutely disgusting and should not even be open. There are so many roaches you can't even sleep in the bed, someone that frequently stays there told me he puts napkins in his ears so the roaches won't go in his ears!! When you tell the front desk they don't care, they say they'll reimburse you if you buy big sprays and then tell you your room doesn't have roaches when you do. I wouldn't let my dog stay here!!"
"I became a plumber when I fixed the toilet myself, a certified exterminator when I killed 4 mice, and the rooms are way too overpriced. The staff was rude and made things difficult with specific payment methods and restrictions. There was also a time when the door lock was broken on my door and I always had to switch out and get new keys. Please don’t even think about buying a drink because the machine charges too much as it is and takes your money in the process. The wifi is terrible unless you stay right next to the office even though they have 2 different WiFi connections to choose from. When I finally escaped I had a grin on my face whilst the main staff himself stared at me probably wonder where I was going without even checking out."
"My husband and I drove from Texas and stayed for a week. The room was great, clean, newly remodeled. The owners were very nice, helpful and very attentive. We had a wonderful stay, saw our family, with everything we needed at arms reach. Thank you for a wonderful experience."
