"I hardly ever write reviews, but I have to share the experience that I had at Elizabeth Claire today. I got the Milbon Scalp Treatment with Loreal and it was AMAZING!!! If you love getting massages you will love this!!! My hair feels so soft, clean and shiny. I can’t wait to go back! It’s also a great gift idea to give someone this holiday season. HIGHLY recommend this treatment… and of course use Kristin for color!!! You won’t regret it!"
"I had set up an appointment after an initial consult for coloring. Unfortunately, 3 days prior to my appt I was rushed to the ER and was in the hospital. My step mom called the day before my scheduled appt and cancelled for me. My dad ended up getting a haircut in my place so money was still made by the salon. He even told my stylist that I was in the hospital so they were aware... I was released from the hospital, called made another appt for the same service. Unfortunately again, problems arose later that night from a procedure I had and I was again rushed to the hospital within 6 hours of being released. I had pancreatitis and was in the hospital 11 days and missed my appt. I called them the day of my appt, when I was well enough to and apologized but I was in the ER. The woman on the phone didn't sound thrilled but said she understood. Fast forward, I'm finally out and well enough. Recovered, healed, and the salon REFUSES to take any of my calls. If I call, it rings and rings and goes to voicemail. My stepmom called right after me, and they answered. I left 2 voicemails for the salon and no one will return my calls. It's super sad that a medical emergency that wiped me out for nearly 2 weeks has somehow black listed me from a hair salon. Will not be giving any of my business here. It's a damn shame..."
