Kelly's Scissors

"I went in for an inverted bob from Kelly. It is not inverted. There are chunks missing. She said she was going to soften my bangs that were growing out but actually framed my face and cut the entire way down and angled an inverted bob the wrong direction. There are chop marks everywhere. My hair was washed on top of someone’s dirty perm rods. No conditioner was used and my hair was so full of static since it is fine and it is cold outside. Honestly, it was the worst haircut I have ever gotten. I wasn’t offered a mirror to see the back and didn’t know how bad it was until I got home. Now to let it grow and go somewhere else to get it fixed. So much for holiday pictures."
