"Back in 2020 my husband and I moved from Deptford to Swedesboro so we had to find a new local pizza spot. We have tried every pizza spot around the area and nothing lives up to Mama Francesca Pizza's. The customer service has always been top tier and friendly. We're all human so there's been times where once in a blue moon they might forget our cup of cheese with the cheese fries. They are always happy to solve the issue and apologize, never an attitude. The food overall is absolutely amazing, not once in the last 2 and half years have we ever been disappointed. We bring a lot of friends over from out of town and Mama Francesca's is our go to for parties and hang outs. All our friends always compliment the pizza. Also to add on, they always super timely. We go to pick up and the order is always done quicker than the pizza shops we used to frequent."

"First time ordering and all I can say is price was pretty good. Pizza is extremely greasy and just okay. Best part was the crust. My kids love pizza and they won't even finish 1 slice. Garlic bread was definitely rushed since it barely had product on it. The smell was amazing and it tasted better than the pizza."

"Don’t order from this place I gave them three chances the first ordered a large salad and paid 11 bucks got a small salad. The second time the new owner said that our coupons weren’t eligible because he made a new menu with coupons that have expiration date and also how the food went up again in price. On top of this I used to order all the time from here when the old owner was in business. The salad situation I ignored and I did get a few pizzas in-between this coupon situation happened.. so just so you know I had the newest menu which they tried to tell me I didn’t until I started giving prices of what things were because originally the prices went up in wings but we also discharged that. Now we got this pizza that had the receipt in it and all the cheese was stuck to the top and when I talked to the manager on tonight they wanted to give us a five dollar coupon for our next order which I’m never ordering from them again and I suggest you don’t either. This new owner does not know how to run a business and is very bad at customer service"

"This order was disappointing! We’ve ordered gnocchi with cream sauce and plain pizza in the past with no issues…. But this time…Food delivered cold and unedible. The chicken pesto panini wasn’t even a panini it was just served on a small untoasted hoagie roll. And the chicken was thin and cold. The pizza pizzaz was gross! Nothing like a traditional pizzaz. It was supposed to have banana peppers but nope… jalapeños and cheese was like plastic! And the salad barely had any lettuce! Chicken was old and chewy. Never again!! I called to notify the manager/owner. The good thing was he agreed to refund our money. Didn’t expect him to knock on the door and ask for the food back! He was only going to give us $10 because we “touched” (tasted) the food but after an awkward standoff he refunded in full and told us not to come to his store again! Wow! Thanks but not thanks!"
