"Let me start with the fact that I am completely disgusted with this dental practice. I just called corporate and trying to get the regional manager so I can complain again . I went in for a cleaning today and was told that I have some periodontist disease or whatever it is, that’s fine, but then they take me to the office with the office manager and I’m told that I can get this treatment and I can pay this bill (which, by the way I just did some research on my insurance it will pay for it for the service that I needed so that was a lie )and then I was followed you can make installment payments and you can make a couple of visits ridiculous and then I asked can I still get my cleaning today ?and she said no you cannot get your cleaning due to whatever I was diagnosed with which is a lie because I got an appointment today right after that to get a cleaning !!I feel there was a scam going on and I feel that they’re trying to get your money. I don’t understand why couldn’t get a cleaning today? Now I made an appointment with another dentist today told the dentist what happened to me and he said I’ll bring you right in and you can get a cleaning why can’t I get my teeth cleaned today? What’s the matter? Aspen dental? You didn’t get my money you’ll never get my money again or my time I will speak to the regional manager. I am completely disgusted."

"We are so disappointed in Aspen Dental. I have to laugh at the 4.5 star rating. We were there because my husband needs dentures. I wish I could remember the dentist’s name that examined him because my husband liked him very much. After he was examined we were directed to a woman who put the paper with the explanation of charges in front of us and instead of taking the time to explain she told us that we would owe $7,800 and that was after our insurance payment. We were absolutely in shock. Before we could say another word she just told us to finance it. Yup that’s all she said. She didn’t even look up at nor did she let us say another word before she dismissed us. We just called to make an appointment with the dentist before our insurance for 2023 ended to ask if we could get some work done in 2023 and then get the remaining work done in 2024 so we would have double the amount of insurance and was told that even if the dentist would do that it would be more expensive. Double the insurance and more expensive? In the same breath she said that they would not do it. So they were not willing to work with us at all or explain how it would be more expensive to use double the insurance payment. To sum it up, Aspen Dental is not affordable at all. They are not helpful and have no desire to help you in any way. Don’t believe all of the 5 star reviews. If you read a negative review and Aspen does respond they tell you either to call customer service (useless) or that they would pass your review along to the office (again Useless!) Good luck!"

"Amazing experience. I had excruciating tooth pain and scheduled an appointment online in the middle of the night for 830am that morning. I got a call at 8am to confirm and get my information. I was seen immediately upon arrival, told I needed an extraction and to come back at 1130am same day! Staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped me contact my insurance company and everything. Dr. Kim was great. I told her I was scared of the dentist and she made me feel so calm. The experience was pleasant for what it is was. I also enjoyed the hygienist, Ethan. Super friendly and great at explaining a procedure I need in the near future. Definitely recommend and will be going back to get the rest of my work done."
