"Francine York and all of the medical care team and office folks are extremely accommodating, understanding, kind, and thorough! The practice is like a buzzing beehive, but yet it's run so efficiently and with such warmth! I know I've gone in there a nervous-nelly many a times, and yet they never condescend or otherwise pass any negative judgment which is very comforting to me as I have such debilitating anxiety at times! I like to think of Fran almost as a big-sister type physician, with how casual and easygoing she is when discussing not only my healthcare needs but those of my husband as well. So thank you all very much for handling my anxiety with TLC--it really does go a long way!"

"We have been seeing Fran for years. For a long time she was amazing and it felt like she really cared. However, over time the front office girls became impatient and rude with us anytime we had questions or needed anything. The entire office seems to be run with young immature girls, and they're first reaction is to quickly say "no" to whatever question you may have. The more rude and impatient the front office girls became, the worse Fran started treating us, it would seem out of loyalty to them. Even though I never once raised my voice or used rude language, I was just adamant a few times about not being brushed off. It really made me sad to see the decline in the way we were treated over the last year. If you have perfectly healthy children and don't ask anything extra from the front office girls, then it's a great practice to bring your family. Unfortunately, I have to find a new doctor for my child as I'm tired of the eye rolling and feeling like I'm getting the "mean girl" treatment from high school."
