"All employees were helpful when my wife and I needed to find an item or just attentive and respectfully and nicely spoken. Was nice to walk into a store and not feel harped on or rude spoken to because they dont like there employement. The staff is obvious the enjoy what they do. "Terrible customer service. Had an order pickup and it was not in the “grab and go” like it was supposed to be. I stood there for a few minutes until I had to ask for assistance. The young guy working told me he was going to go get my item because it was somewhere else. I ask if they actually have another to purchase and tells me “go look in the back of the store.” Then I’m back there and he escorted another customer to the merchandise they were looking for. Then the young man looks at me like he doesn’t remember me at all. I had to interrupt him again and still does not bring my item. Only reason for an extra star than one is because the young lady took my name and executed the merchandise handoff flawlessly. Not sure why I was treated this way but hopefully it is an isolated situation. Merry Christmas!"
