"I wish I could give 10 stars for this facility. Our sweet pup took a decline last night after a short battle with cancer. I called AES at 2am explaining what was going on and they said to bring him in. My husband and I arrived completely distraught and were met with the most compassionate and empathetic team of ladies. Dr. Anita explained everything to us to kindly and thoroughly. We had to make the difficult decision to put him down. Everyone was so helpful and let us take our time with our boy. They made an absolutely horrible experience much less traumatic by their warmth and compassion. I cannot thank them all enough for the way they cared for my boy and us."

"By far the best ER Animal Hospital on Long Island. They treated my baby kitty with such care and attention. They provided a safe space for me to feel my emotions during a stressful and traumatic situation w zero judgement and complete compassion and empathy for both my cat and myself. They were able to answer all my questions and contacted me directly for a follow up. Would 100% recommend and is the only place I would go to for any future (god forbid) animal emergencies. My sweet boy is healing well and can’t wait for him to be free of the cone, exploring growing and living a long healthy life."

"My poor Masiey got into a bottle of ibuprofen on Thanksgiving. We had to rush her over to Animal Emergency Services. She spent 48 hours there under observation. I can’t recommend them enough if your pet needs emergency care. They text me updates and pictures of her the whole time she was there. If I had any questions I felt comfortable calling and texting and they would answer almost immediately. I was even able to go and spend a little bit of time with her while she was still there. We had to bring her back 24 hours later to get her levels checked and Masiey ran right in and jumped up happy to see them again. That right there tells me she was treated great when I wasn’t around. I can’t say enough about how great they were. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby for me!"
