"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The receptionist was extremely rude when I called to schedule an appointment. If you want medical providers that actually care about their patients and their well-being, DO NOT GO HERE."

"While I was pleased with the overall care my daughter received, their billing practices are a tad shady. My daughter was seen for an annual physical which should have been covered, they told me they “think the May have noticed something that should be investigated further” and handed me a referral. Next thing the bill comes and I’m being charged for an office visit as well as a preventative visit for the same 10 min appointment. They stated I signed a paper agreeing to pay any additional charges outside of a normal physical.. I didn’t realize reporting something that you found in an assessment and recommending follow up was outside a normal physical practice. Contacted my insurance company who stated they can only go by what they bill for and they are sticking they want almost $600 for a 10 min visit.. Next time do not tell me your findings, just have me reschedule for another 10 min OV slot then because in my mind you double billed for one visit"

"I have been bringing my child here for 5 years. My son was acting out during our last visit. Dr. Luxemburg made our experience even worst. He is treating children like they are robots, so rude to both, parents and children. He always has availability because no one wants to see him. We go to him with simple issues but this was the last time. Dr. Bezler is the best in practice but he is only out of Bloomfield."

"Appointment and scheduling appointment is garbage. They force us to take yearly appointment in advance and later they call and want us to change appointment. And when we call they never have any time available. I mean come on, if you guys want can't keep appointment why would you force us to take appointment in advance. And this is happening with my since 6 years. Very disappointed with scheduling. Not good at all."

"I want to start by saying I love Dr. Bezler. He is the only doctor in the practice I will see. I would give him 5 stars…maybe even 6 stars. On the other hand, I have requested that my children never see Dr. Solan ever again. It is in their charts. She is extremely judgmental and shared her personal opinions about my parent choices not medical advice. The office was booked. I could only make an appointment for my daughter even though my 6 month old son had a terrible cough. I brought my son to the visit in hopes she would just listen to his lungs. He is a patient of the practice and Dr. Solan has been his primary care since birth. She refused saying in a very uncaring tone, “He isn’t on the schedule.” Seriously it would have taken her under a minute. Now he is suffering, and there are no appointments. I will be filing a formal complaint with the manager of the practice."
