"I am David Silver's Patient. He is so called Doctor but he has no common courtesy to Answer customers call. His Staff is completely unprofessional and should not be working in a healthcare facility. I have been calling his office since last two week for my prescription refill but he has not professional courtesy to do so. When I called his office the receptionist is completely unaware how to take proper messages and don't understand medication names even you spell it. Very Unprofessional, I fire David Silver to be my healthcare professional from to date."

"If I could give no starts I would.. my first visit with Dr. Silver was not pleasant but my 2nd visit was even worse! He rushed my whole appointment, ask me questions for about 10 mins does a 2 second exams tells me what he wants me to do as far as medication, physical therapy and lab work, doesn’t ask if your okay with the treatment plan and when you try to address it he tells you there’s no time to discuss you need to book another appointment to talk about any other concerns. I left crying and aggravated because nothing was solved and I was still in pain. Not to mention I missed an appointment by accident a month ago and he tells me “ don’t miss another appointment again” which caught me off guard, oh and he answers a personal call so someone could say happy birthday to him (the phone was loud enough for me to hear clearly)but I don’t get a second to tell him my concerns about the treatment plan. After I was rushed to the front desk the very nice receptionist could clearly see how unsatisfied and upset I was she then says “your facial expression say it all” I appreciate her kindness and ability to make me smile after a unpleasant experience."
