"I had a decent experience with Angela Larabie. We met a few times but I had decided that I needed to cut back on therapy sessions as finances were tight. When I told Angela that I needed to cut back she ignored all forms of communication. She then charged me with a late fee for a missed appointment when I had clearly tried to cancel it well before the "late window". She also told me she would send me a superbill so I could get partially reimbursed from my insurance company. I am still yet to receive the superbill, even after 15+ requests. When I go on the online portal, her codes are all wrong and not clearly marked, making it impossible for me to get reimbursed from insurance. I I have called, emailed, texted her...My insurance company has called numerus times as well. I have already paid Angela, all I am requesting is a superbill with the correct codes and payment information so I can submit it to my insurance company. For someone who prides themselves on helping people during a time of serious need, ( NOT TO MENTION I WAS EXTREMELY PREGNANT) it is unbelievable how unsupportive and unhelpful she has been during this process. She also blocked my phone number because I was calling to get information that I was entitled to. I am very very discouraged and unhappy with Angela's services."
